So here I am.
Trying to find something I lost.....maybe on purpose....or maybe by accident.
Who Knows?
But I am back trying to find it, and that is all that matters.
This blog will serve as motivation and inspiration....
Maybe to others but mostly to me..

Beyond my family, I have two passions in life. Food and Music. They both feed the soul the way nothing else can. I am my calmest when I am in the kitchen cooking and I am my most at peace when I hear music that speaks to me and reminds me of home. My goal is bring the excitement that i have for my own passions to others and then maybe that will inspire them to rediscover there own.
This blog will document " Amy's Sweet Spot" coming to life.....hopefully in the process of you reading this it will encourage you to find a "Sweet Spot" of your own.
